Together we will formulate your goal/goals and help you Visualize your new life through Clarifying, Actualizing, Inspiring, Exploring and Achieving your goal/goals. Goal setting can be a tricky process. Without the proper visualizing, goals can be lofty and never reach fruition. With this 4 week Goal Setting Intensive you will learn the tools you need to create, execute and accomplish your goals. After the 4 week Goal Setting Intensive you will have the skills you need for accomplishing all future goals.

Goal Setting Intensive Description:
Let’s say you want to walk “El Camino De Santiago” 500 mile pilgrimage through northern Spain.
First, we will Clarify why you want this goal in particular. What does this goal mean to you and why have you chosen to walk 500 miles, take a month off of work to spend time in Spain? This first part helps Actualize the goal, Inspiring you to move forward with determination. (It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit Spain and see the countryside. I love a good physical challenge and what better way than to combine my desire for seeing Spain with my love of a physical challenge.)
Second, we will partner on Exploring what needs to be accomplished to Achieve the goal through outlining. This is the nuts and bolts process of all that needs to transpire to accomplish the goal, i.e.: save money, buy a plane ticket, purchase gear, practice walking, watch YouTube videos about the Camino and so forth, complete with timelines and details.
Third, we will create your vision using a vision board or digital/printable 8.5 by 11 vision board (optional). This will be a visual tool to remind you of your chosen goal/goals.
Fourth, we will observe your Successes and Strengths helping you achieve your goal. Also, address blocks or obstacles that need to be resolved, what adjustments/shifts/changes that need to be made in order to accomplish the goal. i.e.: fears, anxieties, and trepidations. Reviewing the nuts and bolts of the goal to observe potential blocks, i.e. poor at saving money, I have not been practice walking enough.
Fifth, we will partner to identify what you have learned through the process of setting your goal/goals and executing them. This will help actualize and visualize your goal/goals into reality. (Once I put my mind to it, practice walks became fun, I never knew how much determination I have.)
Finally, we will recap the goal setting process and identify any remaining obstacles/blocks that potentially could stall your goal/goals
